Many of Southampton City Council staff have forward facing roles and are trained to give good customer service. There are always some individuals that just go that step further. We want to recognise this commitment through our Excellence Awards. Anyone can nominate a member of staff and every three months the winners are rewarded with an awards ceremony and £50 worth of voucher.
